Training Program:
All Coffee Time franchisees must be prepared to operate within the standardized and operational system and adhere to all the rules and regulations. Our customers look for and expect the high caliber Coffee Time experience in each location.
As a Coffee Time franchisee, you must successfully complete a four-week training program at our Toronto Training Centre. Our programs covers all aspects of owning and operating your very own franchise and covers the following areas:
- Standardized accounting and payroll packages.
- General operations, baking and product display manuals.
- Product knowledge.
- Hands-on baking and food preparation.
- General retail management.
- Staff relations and communications.
- Sales and merchandising.
- Administration.
Once training is successfully completed, you will be prepared to operate the Coffee Time business.
